Tried to have my identity verified to cash a check in my former name. I had both my social security cards. Birth certificate. Passport and CDL, but they would not do it. Ive been banking with them for over 10 years!
They will do their best to not help you. They lie so they'll only have to do the bare minimum.
DO NOT BANK HERE!!! They're positively terrible. Rude as can be you can tell the tellers hate their job. Not to mention their last worry is helping you. The manager is not aware of company policies making her be 0% useful. ALL TOGETHER A TERRIBLE BRANCH!!!
