At approximately 12:05pm on Wed, July 4th, 2018; I attempted to deposit three $20 bills into the branch ATM at 95 Storrs Road in Mansfield Center. The cash acceptor opened and I was able to ‘feed’ $60.00 into the ATM. The acceptor closed and attempted to process but turned red and an error message was put up on the screen. The ATM made further sounds as though it were attempting to return the $60 to me but it failed and instead the screen read: “ATM OUT OF SERVICE” and I was not able to reclaim my money.
