Wish i could buy the bank to fire everyone cant even get ahold of the people closed a acct bout 5 years ago tying to open another account and i guess i owe them 40 dollars but cant get ahold of anyone to pay it off good luck with this bank
DO NOT USE THIS BANK. What was once a great local bank has been butchered by the corporate takeover by Berkshire. I will be switching ASAP
I went here to use the coin machine that turns coins into cash. I counted and had $2.30. When I put all my coins in the machine, it only gave me $1.07. I asked the person at the counter and they started laughing at me for only cashing in 1 dollar worth of coins. When I told them that I actually put more in they said it was my fault and only gave me a dollar. Disappointed with the customer service.
The staff is awesome! The banking is better than any other bank I have used. I would highly recommend using savings Institute for all your banking needs. Stay away from Key Bank/First Niagra!
If you want random charges and them to steal your money this is the place to go!
