I've had an account here for over twenty years. Never had an issue ⚠️ they have a great theft protection program as well it has saved me from allot of heart ache.
This is not the bank it used to be. When the equivalent of a rogue teller can go into your account and delete five external accounts therefore preventing you from making payments and having no communication with you, there's a problem. Several weeks later when the same rogue teller or newbie simply deletes an external account request in the name of playing head games, also with no communication, there's a big problem. If you want a 1985 online banking experience in the year 2022, SB of W is the place for you. I have not been able to complete one online app transaction without getting error message and referred to online support - this includes transfers, deposits, bill pay and deposits. WORST BANK EVER. AVOID!!!!
