Every time we go into the bank we are greeted with a welcoming smile, when I have a question 100% of the times I got a positive answer wether is setting up an ROT-IRA, an account for my kids, credit card, line of credit or a home loan they have been there for us. Highly recommend them.
We love the staff at Laytonville branch! Jessica and Amanda and the other ladies are all very knowledgeable, professional and have their clients best interest at heart. Amanda is our girl!! She is helpful, friendly, she’s got bank policy down and best of all she has our back. We are not just a number at this bank branch. SBMC has not failed us when we have run into any issues and we prefer this bank to other local banks. Thank you Ladies for keeping it together and being an asset to our community.
