worst bank I EVER had ! They continously block my card even after me explaining numerous times to take that fraud protection off my card they have yet to comprehend! I have a small business and constantly order things . I also work for usps and direct deposit goes there ! I've been stranded twice because of them blocking my card after I use uber I'm beyond frustrated at this point and would NOT reccomend this bank to anyone ! I'd rather real with chase and have access to more than 3 atms🙄

Took out a mortgage with them in 2007 with a rate over 6%. Economy crashed and our property value went underwater. We have been asking for 13 years for a rate adjustment of some kind, as we can't refinance and apparently you have to be in default and financial hardship to even be considered! So much for paying on time and never missing a payment! Would not recommend Savings Bank of Danbury to anyone.

Low Class Experience,My family and I are customers for over 10 years and recommended ppl all time. We miss Farley Santos, Ahjaki McFadden on Management in Waterbury Branches. Also 10 years ago or around that time, the white lady working as a manager before them was great too. RecommendedI love the staff at the Mill Plain office! Sheryl and Sue have been so accommodating whenever I have a question or need help, and Sue especially always makes me laugh. They treat me like a friend, which is such a rarity in today's business world. I recently moved out of town and will shortly move out of state, but I plan on keeping SBD as my home bank solely because of them. 💖
