Worst bank ever. Been a customer for over 11 years and was treated like a criminal. Tried to fix an error and was given eight days to close my account. However, they let other people launder money, deposit fraudulent checks, and when someone finds out that a check they deposited was fraud and got it corrected. They accuse you of money, laundering and passing fraudulent checks. Never in my life like ever tell a friend, family member, or anyone to use this bank.

Very involved in the commmunity. Strong supporter of charitable activities. From personal experience, I know that employees go above and beyong to be helpful.
Terrible customer service. Mobile deposits stopped working in October. No one wants to take control to address the issues. Have asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor who may be able to assist - no one has ever returned that call. Extremely disappointed, and this is after banking with them since 2006.
The worst bank you will ever use!!!! Worst customer service you will ever experience! Use any other bank if you can! They will do anything in their power to take your money and keep you from the money that is rightfully yours.
