Terrible hours, over the top security on the banking app. It’s more convenient to just keep your money under a mattress than be part of this awful bank. Do yourself a favor and go to citizens or northern instead. Employees are nice though.

It’s always a good experience for me when I enter the Savings Bank in Greenwood. The team led by Geri (including Bo, Angela, Maria and Elena)are all highly trained and professional. These friendly ladies know banking and customer care. They process your transactions quickly and are able to answer any questions that arise and guide you to the best results. I also find their rates to be competitive, easy mobile banking app and outstanding customer support services via phone call, walk-in or on line assistance.

I wanted to open two checking accounts at the bank, one in my name and one in my personal trust name, for myself. I had to book an appointment. Once there, I was told I could not open an account in my trust name, unless I was willing to pay fees. There is no documentation stating this, just the branch manager. This is illegal. Stay away from this bank. I ended up opening my accounts at PNC Bank.
