When my Mother in laws Stairlift became stuck at the top of her stairs she could not reach her phone to call Vince and instead called me and I drove to help her. I called Vince and he took time out of his busy schedule to help me get her chair working. They don’t make business men like him anymore. I highly recommend Saving Grace stairlifts inc. I know I wouldn’t have got this kind of service from anywhere else. Thank you Vince for everything.

I should have done this 2 weeks ago after installation; Vince answered all my texts right away at all times of the day and gave me a time, date & price. He was very punctual and just in the nick of time. My husband got ill and couldn't take the stairs. It was installed just in time. The day Vince arrived, he got right to work. He had to screw into the steps and do some electrical work to install it. Wow, All I can say is WOW. My mom was in need of a stairlift and we were very afraid of her falling down the stairs if she was alone. So I began my research and was immediately in sticker shock, straight systems vs wrap around systems are almost double in price, at the end of the day we were looking at a price of $17,000.
