We had put off getting a broken spring on our couch repaired for too long. Since we’re in Hurricane for the winter we called Saville’s and made an appointment to have the repair done. Carl did a great job, all fixed and looking good. Couldn’t be more pleased with the repair and cost. So happy, we’re having them come back and do some additional repairs for us. Thank y’all!
I'M SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE!! I've needed my great grandmother's antique platform rocking chair recovered for years and had no luck in the past when searching for a good place. I somehow found Saville's out of the blue, 10 minutes from home, and called for an estimate. Carl was awesome to work with and graciously put up with all of my excessive questions. Quality of work was great. Communication and coordination were pretty lame. Dates of completion were missed a few times, causing a lot of lost time, as we were an out of town customer. No effort to remedy this issue other than lip service.
