Financed an auto loan six months ago. Had to go in to set up auto pay because every time they sent me a form via email it never came, or didn’t get submitted. Half the time when I called they said they could set up auto pay via email form half the time the person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Have had to submit my insurance three times because they outsource their insurance tracking to another company that evidently can’t get it from the insurance company upon renewal every six months.
