Wanted to exchange a bunch of 20's for 100's for a gift, was turned away and refused because "we didn't have an account"...to swap cash for cash...at a bank...
Called this morning on behalf of my client and asked to speak with a mortgage lender. The rep on the other line said. “ why do you need to speak with a mortgage lender. I would like to think it’s pretty simple. Mortgage lender do mortgage applications. We unfortunately won’t recommend our clients and customers to this banking institution. Poor poor customer service and attitude.
