I've had Savers Bank for over 30 years and this is the branch that I use. I have "NEVER" had any problems with this bank/branch. The staff is always friendly, patient, helpful and professional.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Just because I don’t have an account in Charlton they would not exchange small bills for larger denominations. I will never use savers again!
Best bank you can do business with. They care about every customer no matter how big or more importantly how small! Great rates and super easy to work with! Highly recommend
