I had a terrible experience with this company and would never recommend anyone to buy or sell through them. Their customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful. They take no responsibility for your package, and the information on their website is misleading. They advertise "free shipping returns," but when I tried to return an item, I was told that they do not offer free return shipping. So I had left my cell behind in Walmart for about 30 minutes...when I got back to it someone had moved it, put a lock pattern on it, and made my phone unusable. Even my own T Mobile carrier store stated they couldn't help me. Happy customer. Honest, friendly, detailed service. Honest in advising me what was within their skillset. Carefully installed protection on my device. Very reasonable pricing. These guys want return customers and it shows in their dedicated service.
