Very hard to contact wont answer phone
I'm not happy with the service I received in June. I've been going here for some 25 odd years. I'm going to give them one more shot
Absolutely appalling service after being a customer for many years I was treated so unprofessional I paid for a service that I never received I am now out of pocket by a few hundred $ to have someone els rectify my return and lodge it would not recommend this tax agent .
Very unprofessional. Been going to Save On Tax for 10+yrs. the past 2yrs l have had tax agents who are not fluent in English which has been a barrier. Sadly you can no longer get an appointment in person with a fluent English speaking person. Apparently the only only person available being the owner will only do zoom. So much for in person service l got it for 10+yrs. l guess sadly that personal service has fallen by the way side in line with ???? My review was based on the past 2-3 yrs experience.
