Writing the same review again here! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I am so angry with myself because I normally look at reviews before going with a company but because I had to sort out my move really quickly I went with them. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE! They picked up my items from me a month ago. After pick up, radio silence. I had to keep calling them until they finally told me my items had arrived in Ontario. I do agree to all negative reviews as we experienced the same, I just want to ask if by their mistake you received our black medium size luggage which is full of some adult and kids stuff and some other things. Normally it's about 2 months we are sending them emails and asking them to find it for us but still no answer. I would be thankful if you have it let me know here by sending a message or in another review . Thank you in advance.
