I purchased an item from the store, item was defective covered in powder chemicals, Heidi offered full refund. And also offered to fully reimburse me for shipping the product back if I gave her pictures of the receipt, which I did the exact same day on 4/14/2026. After she received the receipts instead of honoring the written guarantee to refund me she issued Store credit.
