The overall store is great but the bakery department is less than acceptable. I tried to order a full sheet cake and had some ideas in mind and I was told the decorator would call me the following Saturday to make sure she could indeed handle my request. I waited until Monday for the call and nothing. I called and was put on hold twice. Finally the third time I called and cancelled. This was the day before I needed the cake.
