The staff at savant east are kind , attentive and truly care about the residents. The facility is clean, welcoming and offer great activities and keep everyone engaged. communications with families are excellent, which gives us real peace of mind. Were very grateful to have found this place for out aunt were she receives good care and love.
My aunt started living here in 2020, and she and my family couldn't be happier! The facility offers many amenities, including fun activities (M-F), in-house church services & Bible study on the weekends, community outings, free transportation, and delicious meals 3 times a day, plus snacks and refreshments in the lobby. Savant of Burbank East is honestly one of the better assisted living places I’ve come across. The staff is really nice and actually seems to care, not just doing their job, and the front desk is always helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever anyone needs anything, which makes the whole place feel more organized and supported right away. I appreciate my father’s caregiver and that’s the only reason I’m giving an extra star but the rest of the staff was terrible. My dad’s things would go missing even if I had labeled them. Things that I had purchased with my money for him. Then I’d find other resident’s clothing with their names on it among his things. They would take him to a ATM to get money out and I found discrepancies with what he allegedly paid them. They even gave him certain medications without communicating this to me.
