The Savannah VA center needs to get it together in certain departments within their facility. The VA facility looks nice on the outside, inside, and is even clean. However, appearnce isn't everything. I am going to point out their mental health department needs to do better. I could say alot and not much of it is positive. It is very saddening how some veterans are treated, especially ones that were in war.
