I bought my bedroom suit here and absolutely love it. The sales Lady I think her name was Barbra was so friendly, I was very nervous at first " this is the first time buying a brand new bedroom suit". She was very helpful and understanding. I will definitely buy all my furniture from Rooms to go from now on.

This is a review for the Rooms-To-Go location in Savannah. I had a very positive experience with the administrative office manager - Ms. Meagan. Meagan was very professional and extremely pleasant. She took the time to keep me updated on the situation that she was assisting me with; she did this in a very timely fashion. This is a review for the Rooms-To-Go location in Savannah. I had a very positive experience with the manager - Mr. Robbie Beasley. He was very professional, and went 'beyond the call of duty' to assist me and my father as customers. He was very personable, and exhibited much care, ensuring that our needs were taken care of. I recently and wanted to buy two loveseats with cushions. Kay (Kianas Smalls) waited on me. My sister happened to be visiting so she was with me. Kay took us around the entire store and let us look at and sit in each loveseat. Of course I ended up buying the first one we saw. I went home and measured and lo and behold the two loveseats would not fit in the space I had. I called Kay on Monday and told her that I was coming in to find a small chair to sit in that space with the loveseat. I cannot say enough about Kay... read more

Customer Service is BAD ! Horrible experience..ordered a bedroom set. gave me a big hassle about delivery. Very unprofessional and you would never know they needed any business by the way they act..and I paid cash for my set..I would not recommend these gureillas to anybody..

Will never shop at RTG Savannah again! Our experience has been horrible one from the moment we walked into the show room. We ordered a Hannah Montana bedroom suit for our daughter. The sales rep. told us they didn't sell that item. We had to take her online and show her the item just to get it ordered. We made this purchase Dec.15, its now Jan.23, and the set sits in her room, unfinished, because Rtg keeps sending the wrong items, broken items, and we are still missing hardware for the mirror! No reason to complain We bought a sofa and a big chair from Rooms to Go about a year ago and we love them! They were delivered to our house a few days after I picked them out. They are the microfiber material, which cleans up wonderfully! Haven't even needed the furniture cleaner stuff they gave us with purchase! Water takes just about everything off! We also went with the "no payments until..." deal, but we are paying it off before then so we will owe no interest. It worked for us!
