My sister is a resident and really likes the care she has received from Erika the Director of Nursing of the assisted living. She really does seem to care about her residents and does of good job of helping my sister.
My mom has been in facility for over a year and really enjoys it. The staff and facility are great. They really care about the residents there. Plenty of activities to keep one busy too!
Erika Carbone, Resident Care Director, Ansley Court. The needs and well-being of Erika’s patients are her top priority. She is mindful of their minor wants as well as their essential needs and requirements. She is professional and approachable. My sister who has a chronic disease(MS) is one of her patients. She was cancelled by her hospice detail and as a result was saddened and depressed.Thanks to Erika’s attention and diligence, my sister was reinstated into her former hospice program. My grandmother has been at Ansley Court for almost 2 years and I really wanted to give a shout out to Erica the director of nursing who has implemented so many positive changes in the past few months. I appreciate her care and dedication to the residents who love her. Thank you Erica!!
My mom has been at this facility over 18 months and it was good but since the new ownership it has been amazing! Karen the director of the facility truly cares about the residents and it shows by her support and dedication. The staff are very supportive and takes very good care of my mom and they absolutely love her. Whenever we ask for anything it’s done immediately.
