I was told to pay 50$ for my ticket and it wouldn’t be on my record. They filed it as guilty and it’s blasted my insurance and they can’t do anything about it. I had to go to court 2 times for the ticket even though I felt like I was innocent, so they wasted my time, and now it’s costing me way too much money. Don’t let the bullying of the judge win you over. She is a bully.
Oh my GOSH! I received a traffic citation while leaving Savannah and the officer said there would be a "phone # to call" on the back of my citation copy to pay the fine if I so chose to do so". There was absolutely NO phone #. When I went online and started digging i found the Chatham County Sherriff. When I called the "City of Savannah" number the Sheriffs Office gave me the person on the phone said it would be 3-5 weeks before my ticket and fine would be "posted online for me to pay". The entire staff were very respectful and appreciated Judge Harmon in placing fair judgement on the cities Citizens and visitors.
