Jody is soooo disrespectful and abrupt and dishonors service level agreement. She is a Jamaican native but very distasteful in how she speaks and deals with people. I booked an appointment with her which never materialized and she called me two weeks after to curse me out over the phone for a mistake that she made and didn't even apologize. She did not give me a chance to speak and was very disrespectful in how she handled me.
