Jody is soooo disrespectful and abrupt and dishonors service level agreement. She is a Jamaican native but very distasteful in how she speaks and deals with people. I booked an appointment with her which never materialized and she called me two weeks after to curse me out over the phone for a mistake that she made and didn't even apologize. She did not give me a chance to speak and was very disrespectful in how she handled me. She did not address me by name or own up to her mistakes nor did she try to rectify the situation. ... read more
