I have delayed writing this for months, as i wanted to give this small business a chance, but i can't delay it any longer (it was 5months ago that i paid for the Antikristo bbq). Do not buy from this company. Shocking customer service. Bought an outdoor table and 2 benches for our business. Ordered April. Didn’t get till mid July. Made contact to chase delayed delivery - numerous emails. Rachel ignored them. After finally posting my views on social media Ed got in contact and his brother delivered. Within one month the varnish on wood top coming off and wood warping. Within 2 months, the metal frame started to rust. Made a formal complaint. Numerous failed promises by Ed to deliver a better quality r... read more

I’ve deleted my original review as Ed has made contact and apologised for the very long delay on the fire cage I ordered, It sounds like Ed’s having a lot of major issues with staffing and product prices shooting through the roof. I’ve been told it’s in production and should come soon so we will wait and see
