My parents dealt with Mr white who established this firm for many years. We thought getting them to finalise my fathers estate (very simple changes of name on property, bank accounts and shares) would be straightforward. No. Took an incredibly long time and the cost exceeded the quote we had to request. This firms service used to be excellent. This seems to have been replaced with flashy premises and advertising. We will take our business elsewhere.
