I don't do anything in a hurry ( : after 14 years of sleeping in an antique (literally) bed we decided we needed a new bed. I researched for over a year, visited numerous retailers, and then decided to put our trust in Saundra ' s Furniture. It's been a month since our purchase of a California King Comforpedic mattress and a beautiful platform bed. We couldn't be happier. Saundra's delivered and set the bed up for us. The delivery guys were fabulous. Our new bed is glorious!
Never have I seen a company care so little about its customers. I am disabled and so purchasing a chair that works for me is a serious business, as is having a relationship with a company if something goes wrong. When the chair broke for the second time in exactly the same fashion, the salesperson who was "helping me" seemed determined to do everything but.
