I don't do anything in a hurry ( : after 14 years of sleeping in an antique (literally) bed we decided we needed a new bed. I researched for over a year, visited numerous retailers, and then decided to put our trust in Saundra ' s Furniture. It's been a month since our purchase of a California King Comforpedic mattress and a beautiful platform bed. We couldn't be happier. Saundra's delivered and set the bed up for us. The delivery guys were fabulous. Our new bed is glorious!
Saundra's is not only a wonderful store with great furniture, prices and service, they also are community minded contributing time and funds to many community projects. They have had to move from place to place since their devastating fire and continued to pay their employees even though their was little work during their adversity. KUDOS from Gail!
Never have I seen a company care so little about its customers. I am disabled and so purchasing a chair that works for me is a serious business, as is having a relationship with a company if something goes wrong. When the chair broke for the second time in exactly the same fashion, the salesperson who was "helping me" seemed determined to do everything but. Setting expectations and breaking them, different people providing different information, and even the owner thinking it was acceptable to raise her voice at a customer. ... read more
If they weren't so expensive and rude they might be a good store. They seem to think they are the only place to buy things and if you don't want to buy right now... don't bother stopping in. Pretty much a bad experience all the way around. Too bad because like I said ... they have nice things but not worth the price they are asking. The same things are down the street at the other furniture store for at least 10% less, usually more than that.
