I have lived in and plated cars in multiple LARGE cities in other states. I’ve never encountered such rude humans who were hired to serve the public. Rude. Unhelpful. The gal with the long fuzzy orange hair glares at people. Her body language says it all. If these people hate their jobs so much that they need to be rude to people, it’s time to find something where public service is not in the job description. Reading others reviews, looks like Saunders county doesn’t care. Just give them your money and shut up.

Went in to license my truck, lady at the counter shows a price on a sticky note ($7000 dollars). When I looked at my card statement they charged me over $200 dollars to use my card when if she would have said ANYTHING about that I would have just wrote them a check. I called to see what happened or protocol on that and the lady was BEYOND rude. All she said was “Oh we have that posted on a wall somewhere” I asked if they could reverse it and I’ll write them a check and all she says is “nope it’s done.” Need to get some new p... read more

I moved here from Douglas county and going to the dmv there is a half day nightmare. Here in Saunders county it’s been great good people and good service with a smile

The guy Steve should not be working there. He has no class or experience in customer service . Very RUDE!!! he made minors feel worthless when he's in the car with them .Beware! Request a different personal or your kids will feel what my kid went through!!!!
