Saunaus is an absolute GEM in Wollongong. The space is always chill. Super tranquil… or invigorated with sports bodies ribbing on who stayed longest in the ice bath. As you see from my pic (just had a sesh), I’m a mother’s age, and always feel comfortable in the mix. Great place, great service
Absolutely love this place great effort by Mathew and his wife. Place is so clean and tidy so is the sauna Mathew is very lovely and he’s very helpful. I will highly recommend this place if I can give more than five star would Will visit again
Fantastic experience. Whilst having used saunas before I had never tried the cold plunge. The space is very welcoming & relaxing, with modern amenities & everything well catered for, including tea & fruit for afterwards. Matt was an excellent guide for how to use the space & how to sauna/plunge for the first time. I went in quite sceptical but came out after a 2hr session having really enjoyed myself & definitely keen to do it again. Would recommend.
