Saunaus has played a massive part in my athlete recovery processes having the hottest saunas and coldest ice baths keeps me as productive as i can be. Very grateful for this service provided to the public. Thank you. PS: management is the most welcoming.
LOVED my experience here! As someone who was brand new to sauna and ice bath experience, I felt so supported and welcomed here that completely calmed my nerves! The space was beautiful, the members were so encouraging and helpful, and the vibe was just immaculate Got in 3 sauna + ice bath rounds in the hour with recovery with a cup of herbal tea in between Highly recommend!
Saunaus is an absolute GEM in Wollongong. The space is always chill. Super tranquil… or invigorated with sports bodies ribbing on who stayed longest in the ice bath. As you see from my pic (just had a sesh), I’m a mother’s age, and always feel comfortable in the mix. Great place, great service
Absolutely love this place great effort by Mathew and his wife. Place is so clean and tidy so is the sauna Mathew is very lovely and he’s very helpful. I will highly recommend this place if I can give more than five star would Will visit again
