Lovely staff, amazing facilities. Ice baths were kept clean, sauna was the best and the greatest remedial massage in Wollongong. Will 100% be back.
I went in for a 2 hour session with the sauna and icebath, everything was kept clean and amenities were amazing. The staff were welcoming and made the experience even better. I will definitely be back and will try the remedial massage next time !!
An excellent experience. I attended 11am Mon and there were approx 6 others here. The place is very clean, the sauna very spacious and hot, and the bathrooms and showers thoughtfully stocked and maintained. Lovely extras such as herbal tea and a book corner made the experience all the more enjoyable. Expectations about hygiene and etiquette were made clear by a welcoming host. Thanks.
