As far as I am concerned, this is the best sauna depot out there. The only place where I was able to find the part I needed for my electric sauna and the only people that knew exactly what they are dealing with and what is needed to solve the issue. six stars

Talk about a joke. For the past three weeks, I’ve been trying to get a part from them whether it’s covered under warranty or not. I’ve been getting jerked around, no response to my emails. Zero customer service!!. These people have no idea of how to service their product that is under warranty I strongly recommend you stay far away from them..
