Please help. The hinge on my newley installed (June ‘24) Euro sauna door broke. Can you expedite a replacement hinge?
We're 80 & 90 years old and purchased a Finnleo OUTDOOR sauna just 8 months ago and like it very much. It's located in a very protected area under a deck with 6 foot fencing around it in California. After just 4 months of ownership, however, we noticed the sauna door lower hinge had separated from the door. This is my 2nd Finnleo sauna I had one at my other home. High quality craftsmanship and made in Minnesota. tried the piccolo heater this time with the BWT and it's working great. reccomended the Nordic white spruce upgrade. I use it 6-7 days a week and love it!
I had several issues with a Tylo sauna and everything was handled better than I expected. We love our Tylo sauna heater and the service was very good even though we are in Canada.
