I regret buying the Tylo Halmstad 2 sauna by Sauna360. Even after installing extra insulation and paying for a dedicated 20-amp circuit just for this unit, it still takes 2.5–3 hours to reach a basic sauna temperature (175–179°F) — and the manufacturer says this is “expected.” Worse, the sauna cannot maintain its temperature once it is in use, and neither the warranty servicer nor the manufacturer has ever directly addressed this concern, despite repeated attempts on my part to clarify whether this is expected behavior. We're 80 & 90 years old and purchased a Finnleo OUTDOOR sauna just 8 months ago and like it very much. It's located in a very protected area under a deck with 6 foot fencing around it in California. After just 4 months of ownership, however, we noticed the sauna door lower hinge had separated from the door. When we notified the sales representative who sold us the Finnleo sauna, he initially told us to hire a local handyman to repair the hinge.
