Bad first-time experience. The machine wasn't that hot, didn't sweat at all (and that's the point). No one was on site to troubleshoot and text responses were slow and we felt rushed the entire time.
I've been coming here for a few years. Such a lovely way for a small fee to relax and get your heat therapy on a regular basis!! Love the simple, contactless experience too!
