Sauna Float genuinely elevated my time in Canberra and made my time in the city more enjoyable. The space is calm, clean and thoughtfully set up, and the sauna and float were fantastic for switching off and resetting. The team were welcoming and professional, and the whole experience felt seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want a genuinely restorative break while you’re in Canberra.
Amazing experience at Sauna Float ACT! Tried the infrared sauna, traditional sauna, and salt float. The infrared sauna was gentle and deeply relaxing. Traditional sauna gave a great detox. The salt float was my favorite - floating weightlessly was incredibly peaceful and stress-melting. Facilities are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!
I visited today for the first time for a Red light infrared sauna and Float session. The premises is pristine and welcoming, the equipment is top notch and the service was excellent. Thank you for the amazing service and the great experience, I will definitely be coming back.
