One of my absolute favourite things to do on a Sunday! Amazing service. Clean facilities. Very peaceful environment. The Finnish sauna and float tank are incredible. Very excited to soon be using the ice bath. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you want to take care of yourself and your health!!!

The staff member was delightful and welcoming, and the location convenient. Sadly, the noises of the surrounding building is very intrusive of the experience. The incessant rapping and banging that reverberates through the water from other parts of the building was torturous. The two to three knocks every 15 to 20 seconds was too much for me as I lay in a warm darkened space. If you can filter out external sounds you will love this. Me, I walked out after 15 minutes more stressed than I went in. It’s not for me.
Hands down best way to relax. Highly recommend the sauna and float combo - sauna session relaxes the muscles and skin so you are primed to let your tension melt away in the float pod. 70 mins gave me a full body reset and felt like I was still floating along for hrs afterwards I was so relaxed!
