Really enjoyed my first experience here. Such a peaceful setting right on the lake. I used the floatation tank which was beautiful, but there’s also a sauna and cold plunge in the same room so will try the bathhouse experience next! Best way to rejuvenate! Very friendly and helpful staff too.
I have been here quite a few times now, absolutely can not recommend this place enough! Always clean and well maintained, welcoming and helpful staff, easy free parking and easy to get to. Well worth the investment into your selfcare, recovery or pampering!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience from start to finish. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, and both the sauna and flotation pod were a great way to relax and unwind. This was a gift from my wife, and she absolutely nailed it! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended.
Always excellent service and such a great experience; my partner and I love coming here for the sauna and red light therapy because we feel amazing afterwards. They accept walk-ins, but it’s best to call ahead since they can get fully booked.
Always a lovely experience, very welcoming environment and great value for money. Such a great little gem in the Belconnen area
