Incapable de parler à un employé au téléphone . Il s’agit d’un message automatique qui nous dicte de se présenter à un caissier . Pas fort comme service à la clientèle

It was okay to say the least, some of the place smells like cigarettes which isn’t pleasant (but that’s because smoking is allowed in some of the rooms), there wasn’t a lot of activity at this place, kind of quiet, the majority of men are older (majority at least 50 years old), perfect however if that’s your thing. The saunas and the hot bath are really nice.

Overall very nice staff as well as most of the customers which we do get to know more on a regular basis I question why some go there in the way you can see their attitude I also wish they would put a stop with their own loud music in their rooms and smoking should flat out be banned entirely!

The public areas could use more seating. They’re very open with 1-2 single seats and makes for awkward cruising. There’s a lot of potential like having an ottoman or an easy wipe down leather couch that could make the place more relaxing.

Sauna toujours vide ou presque, même un samedi soir ! Tarifs rendus chers, comme les autres saunas. Rapport qualité-prix pas impressionnant.
