Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. She treated my daughter like absolute crap when she worked for her. There’s not one positive thing I could say about her. Doug also was supposed to work on my case a YEAR ago and he still hasn’t done ANYTHING. My paperwork is still in his messy, trashy office just sitting there! Lousy, lazy and pathetic attorneys in this office!
Unprofessional, zero communication, completely ineffective representation.
I own a trucking company and hired this firm to contest three traffic tickets issued to my drivers. Each ticket was $150. I had dash cam footage that I believed clearly showed my drivers were not at fault. Even though the fines were relatively small, I paid this firm $1,500 to fight the charges on principle. From the beginning, communication was almost nonexistent. It was impossible to speak directly with Kelle.
