Great experience with Sauers & Company Veneers! Fermin, who is the manager, was very helpful. He sent me photos of the options of veneers that I needed for an art project and took the time to sort through the pieces to send me exactly what I needed. His customer service and personal care is top notch. He also knew I needed this ASAP and he went out of his way twice to get the materials to me in a timely manner. The disrespect that my daughter had to experience working at this hell hole . The way the owner just cussed my daughter out on the phone is so disturbing and disrespectful. How can you talk to somebody like that? I’m so glad that she record the phone conversation.
I worked at this job for a few months and in the beginning everything was fine I noticed a few red flags but nothing extreme until I started to receive discrimination from a older coworker which began to make the job uncomfortable for me being the youngest and the ONLY black person working here also being a woman I didn’t want to seem “ghetto” or “hard to work with” I continued to work not really talking lr bothering anyone unless I needed to. Jeff Sauers was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options and answering all my questions. The customer service really stands out, and the shipping was fast too.
