Visited this store today. Very dissapointed in the staff member, no greeting as we entered just stared out the front as we didn't exist. No offer to help find what we were looking for. Price on the ticket was cheaper and didn't care still charged the runners at the full price and said sorry he hadn't taken them down yet. Dissapointed.

Visited this Saucony showroom during the EOFY sale. They have some great deals going on now. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. What stood out was Abhay's practical, in-depth knowledge. He took the time to understand exactly what we were after (stability shoes for me & neutral shoes for my partner) and made spot-on recommendations for both. Stumbled upon this outlet on my way out of DFO, the colourful shoes on display caught my eye since asics didn't have any cool colourways for sale, thought "why not?" and had a look. I'm usually very picky and asked the kind worker, Abhay, if there were any super comfortable shoes that were also flashy, and that I'm looking to replace my Asics, and he helped me try on so many different shoes and we eventually found the right ones for me! Called ahead asking about the Saucony Speed 5 in size 9.5 and was told they would price match Hype the City at $129. They even said they’d hold the shoe and to come in no later than tomorrow. So I drove all the way there, left my kids at home to make the trip, paid for parking and petrol, only to be told at the counter they couldn’t price match.
