If you are looking for an uncaring Dr. She is your person. If you are looking for someone that remembers nothing about you- she is your person. If you are looking for someone to dismiss you and not do a thorough check, she is your person. If you are looking for incompentent staff in the front office- this is the place to go. Agree up front staff, unfriendly. I was expecting better service all round. Refered by my GP. Felt rushed, basically drive thru service. Everything was quick and definitely for me being a senior no concern for my skin health.
Very nice doctor and I liked her service provided. Front desk is unfriendly no one follows up timely. Takes forever to hear about authorization. No one tells you how to prepare for a procedure without asking. Long waits for prescriptions. Closed on Monday and Friday so waiting on communication and having to call multiple times is really frustrating.
The new girl at the front desk has zero patience, zero friendliness, and zero customer sensitivity. I left my appt today questioning why I come here, not because of the Dr. but because of the front desk. The patient care is fine, the customer care is lacking. Amber please come back.
