Great customer service. Spoke to someone on the phone very polite and knowledgeable
Very impressed with Saturna Capital. Funds perform well and mutual funds are "set and forget" specially for a stock market dummy like myself. However the biggest strength is the customer service, you get someone human to speak with at the second dial tone. All CS reps are knowledgable and courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended. Got all my stuff with them now rather than the famous companies whose customer service often leaves a lot to be desired.
