How can they say grown on Long Island when the ground is frozen? I saw that they only have 2 small greenhouses... how can they grow enough to support that business?
I ordered produce from them for my business... I found a label for what I thought was grown on Long Island was actually grown in Texas... should be shut down for fraud.
Look at the Satur Farm web site where they clearly state that they purchase from other regions...so you are not getting grown on Long Island Fresh..you are getting trucked in from texas or florida. Take a drive by the alvahs lane location and you will ask yourself how dirty is that. Open bins of produce sitting by the side of the road in mud puddles.
Satur Farms has a 3.5 star rating with 15 reviews.
Satur Farms is open now. It will close at 5:00 p.m.
