Beautiful retreat tucked in nature. Everything you need was provided. Peaceful, serene and calm.
We had such a wonderful family stay at Sanctuary Burringbar. It’s a beautiful property surrounded by nature, with comfortable rooms, a lovely natural pool and plenty of space to relax and spend time together. Our son absolutely loved having so much outdoor space to run around and explore. What a beautiful place Sanctuary Burringbar is! I loved the whole experience — it’s luxurious without being pretentious, peaceful but still vibrant, with such a lovely sense of community when you want to connect. I especially loved the lagoon-like pool and the indoor-outdoor bathroom, where you can shower with the feeling of being immersed in nature. Just beautiful and so serene. Sanctuary Burringbar feels like a second home. I have done my 200 and 300 hour yoga training and other short courses there over the past couple of years and love spending time there… It’s so peaceful. It’s in such a beautiful location and the new lounge area makes it even cosier. The rooms are comfy and the food is always divine. It’s definitely a five star rating for me! Thank you
What I value most about the way the 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings are conducted at The Sanctuary is the emphasis on integration and embodiment. There is endless depth to yoga philosophy and the different practices, but here they’re never just presented as dense theory to memorise.
