Nana (Nanako) is an exceptional therapeutic masseuse. Highly skilled & professional with unique technique. Just the right amount of pressure - for remedial & deep relaxation. She has a caring & warm nature with elegant Japanese style. A calming intuitive therapist. Her touch is precise. I love her massages. She is brilliant ! Sattvya Spa is a beautiful space with a lovely ambience. Highly recommend !
One of the best massages and treatments I've had. I am in Byron Bay just for 3 days & 2 nights. Highly recommend this place!! Managed by the owner, Cynthia, who was incredibly empathetic and attentive to my requests. Both times I visited, I was going through tough health challenges, and I felt truly cared for and well-treated. The Ayurvedic approach is a huge plus. The entire place is impeccable, from the music and products to the staff. After my Ayurvedic massage with Nana, I finally had a good night’s sleep, which hadn’t happened in a long time. If you’re visiting Byron Bay, this is a must-try!
