Reason why it’s always posted on Groupon. Tried this place out and it was a cold and dungy environment. Esthetician seemed annoyed to even be there despite it being her own business. She had basic knowledge on the skin. Used drug store products like Marcelle which is fine but a “spa” and professional would use a professional skincare line like Eminence and Dermalogica. Her microdermabrasion unit is very old.

Arrived to my appointment with my boyfriend for two microdermabrasion treatments after a month of waiting and almost got denied service for using the ordinary lactic acid serum. She said on spot I shouldn’t be using these at all and I’m too young even tho I’m 24 years old. She didn’t call and ask to stop to use acid or retinol like other spas I’ve been to and was just so rude about to me. I would recommend Satori laser spa to everyone. I drive all the way from Vancouver for her services and trust me it’s worth the drive . She was recommended to me by a friend who comes from New West .High quality service for reasonable price.
