Would not recommend going through sat link! Nothing but issues with their internet service and when I had issues, getting ahold of them and getting him out there was like pulling teeth. After having no internet access for over 3 weeks and him failing to get the parts togther to fix it, i cancelled their service. Also with a business such as this, they've hours are terrible, they don't even open til 11 or noon and close at 5. Can't run a business like that.
I am extremely pleased with our 50' TV tower installation by SatLink. Mr. Hailey and his crew were super polite, considerate, and performed high quality work in a timely manner and for a more than fair price. We are now enjoying over the air television in an area known as the Bermuda triangle for television signal reception. Sean is always super busy, but he arrived as scheduled and completed our installation in a very timely manner. He took time to explain the workings of the remote to my analog hubby. Any and all conversations are informative and helpful. Would recommend Sean and Sat Link to everyone.
Store is never open. Phone mailbox is always full. Will not return calls.
Very personable! Willing to help and do the digging to make sure you have what you want.
