You are immediately greeted when walking in the door. The staff is so sweet and helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't rate it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. 1, they do not offer layaway any longer and for the prices of the dresses, I find that absurd. 2, referring back to the prices of the dresses, they were way more pircy compared to other places and again, no payment option being offered is hard for anyone I would think to afford a $900 dress. 3, once we finally found the dress and figured out layaway was not an option the... read more
5 out of 5! This place deserves every star. They made my shy girl feel so comfortable and welcomed. They had no problem grabbing other dresses for her to try on when we didn’t pull what she was thinking she would want. Kudos to the staff! We will be back for her Prom dress.
We love Satin N Lace so much!! I have found a dress every year when we go and so have my friends that came too. Highly recommend and they have SO many beautiful dresses to choose from.
