Goodness, right by the definition of the word "Usless" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of this place and the staff. I make arrangements from time to time, they give you an amount for a certain date. 3 days before the date they gave you THEY cut off the water. When you get ready to pay the certain amount they told you when you made the arrangement they add like $100 and make it final without giving a warning or don't say a thing during the call. We've had absolutely no problem with Satilla water co. The staff has always been very friendly and kind, whether in person or on the phone. We are % happy with their service and personnel!

I myself have not had any problems with this company and I have been with them for 16 years and have not had any problems the staff is wonderful. And if I get my water cut off then that is my fault yes they stopped doing the 2 months but they are very nice people and the employees that I know are good hard working employees. So y'all get a 10 in my book

They don’t follow their hours listed. Office shut down and lights off before 4pm.
