Send my bill through bank pay and keep getting late fees . They could send these bills out sooner especially I keep getting told you know the mail is so slow. They are making too much money with this they don’t want to change it.
9/28/24, a full day and half after hurricane Helenen. Ware county took a large hit from this storm and the citizens have a lot to deal with. One thing they would not be dealing is living with out water if Ware Co.'s satilla water and sewer had back up generators to run the pumps when there is not power. If satilla water don't know how to hook up generators they can call Waycross City and learn how. No pumps to supply water is piss poor service
The aftermath of hurricane Helene has everyone trying to figure when, how electric power will be back on and the resulting fallout of no power is mind boggling. Now we have no water. Why? You would think the water authority would at least let us know what is going on, but of course that’s not happening. Again, why not? Where’s the water and why did it just go off. Of course no one answers the phone. Let your customers know what is going on.
