Good luck trying to get your initial deposit back after cancelling your service, horrible to non-existent customer support! I have sent 3 emails and finally was promised to get my deposit back, 3 weeks later... nothing. Sent 4 more emails during the following 2 weeks... no response and no refund, if this is how you treat clients you should be ashamed of yourself, I wonder if I will ever get my $500 back
