This firm showed their true colours the moment I asked for basic transparency on fees. Instead of confirming the 25% cap and how deductions would be handled, they abruptly withdrew. No genuine or professional law firm would walk away simply because a client asked for clarity. If they refuse to be open at the start, imagine what happens once you’ve signed. Be very cautious — in my view, they are not acting in clients’ best interests.
Had them sorting out my case for me, and when I got told to ring up by my solicitor to open up a new case, I’ve got challenged by the receptionist she got no qualifications to be a solicitor then got told they can’t deal with it Seems like a communication skills are very bad
This company will not defend you in anyway, manner or form. They don't seek evidence from your pursicutor, in anyway, manner or form. All they want is to make a quick easy buck.
TERRIBLE, AWEFUL, REGRET USING THIS FIRM! My lawyer was Micheal Green... he did not respond on key dates that added to the trauma of my case, I had to call his firm. When I got in touch he did not acknowledge his lack of contact, he had the offer and put pressure on me to take it saying things like- "you will not get more" "taking this to court will be a waste on public resourceful" very cold, not trauma informed and not correct!
