If you want someone you can trust, I wouldn’t look here. Thomas J. Satalino was the one who prepared the trust release(there wasn’t one ever created) to me from a family member and then proceeded to do the closing and tax stuff for that year. Not only did he falsify the information by plugging in the previous owners information with my name and social security number, as though I had owned this house for 25+ years, when I only had it for a total of 3 months. Tom's office waited until four days before the tax filing deadline to handle the paperwork for my father's estate, despite the fact that he knew we would need to receive, sign, and return the results of those filings to his office to file our own taxes.
