In my opinion I strongly suggest that NO ONE use this company and they should not be trusted.... They were hired by Costco to deliver a hot tub to my house. After waiting over 8 weeks, I finally contacted the company to find out the status of delivery. I was told by Mark that it was sitting on the delivery dock and they were unable/incapable of making the delivery. Per Mark, they didn't have the means or personnel to make the delivery.
